Puppy Application
Filling out the Puppy Application is the first step to purchasing a puppy from us. The Puppy Application
let's us get to know you better. Please fill out the application with as much detail as possible about your dog experience and
lifestyle. This will help us determin and recommend which puppies would be best fit into your lifestyle based on temperment,
activity level, personality etc. A very active puppy would thrive in a busy and active household, while a quiet puppy would
not. Our primary objective is to make sure all our puppies find suitable homes.
Price
We sell all
our puppies at the same price, regardless of gender. All our puppies are sold with a neuter/spay agreement only. We do
not normally sell any puppies on breeding or co-ownership contracts. Our focus is to provide the best home possible for our
puppies. A home where they will be loved, cherished and part of the family. If you are seriously interested in a
breeding/show prospect puppy please contact us, and we will discuss the possibility on an individual, one on one basis.
Payment
must be in Canadian funds only and checks payable to Mirjana Venne, and recieved prior to puppy pick up or shipment.
Deposits
To
secure a puppy from a specific litter, a deposit is required. The deposit amount is $300. CND. We will email you once the deposit
has been recieved. Deposits are only refundable if a breeding doesn't take or no puppies are availible, but may be bounced to
another litter if you prefer. Deposits are not refundable if you simply change your mind or choose another breeder. Deposits
must be in Canadian funds only and checks payable to Mirjana Venne.
When moving your deposit to another litter you will be placed
behind anyone already in place. We cannot move you ahead of someone else even if your deposit was recieved before theirs.

Litter Evaluations and Choosing Your Puppy
At about 7 weeks a thorough Litter Evaluation Test(LER) will
be completed. The purpose of the test is to give us an idea of the puppies temperment. This test will help us match
the right puppy to the right puppy owner.
Puppy choice is based on your application information, and results of the LER.
It is important that the right puppy and right family are matched up, so that both the puppies and the families will be happy in the
long run. We will try and give you as much freedom as possible in choosing your puppy and will provide you with advice and recomendations
when choosing. We reserve the right to deny placing any puppy that we feel would create a bad match based on the LER and your
application information.
NOTE: Breeder reserves right to pick(s) of litter on breeding/show prospect puppies.
Shipping
Puppies
Puppies will be availible for pickup at eight weeks of age. If you are unable to pick up your puppy in person,
other arrangements will need to be made ahead of time.
